Fundraising Golf Day, Sunday 27 February 2022
The 2022 ADSA 9th annual Golf fundraiser at the glorious Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club (MSGCC) raised approximately $15000 towards the ADSA Professor Musk PhD Medical Research Scholarship – bringing our total funds raised to over $100000 to date.
Well done to our Vice President Dave, his wife Elaine, their wonderful daughters and extended family, as well as Scott Proctor and his staff at Meadow Springs for creating such a fabulous event. The breakfast was donated by the Golf Club and lunch was cooked by Elaine Hall’s sister and daughter.
We were delighted that National Centre of Asbestos Related Disease’s (NCARD) Prof Richard Lake could join us to talk about the latest NCARD life-saving research.
We had fantastic weather, great prizes from our sponsors culminating in a charity auction by Mr Jim Grove from Rockingham RRV auctioning off all the King’s equipment he donated for the day and Mr Greg Coman’s auctioning other great items.
After 9 years we are still looking for someone to take the Hole In One Prize – donated this year by Mr Claude Marais of Mobi G golf carts.
The day could not happen without our fabulous sponsors WA Railways, Dale Alcock, Elphinstone Mechanical, SKG Radiology, Action Trophies, Beyond Bank Community Reward Program, Farmer Jacks Hallshead, Tyre Power Mandurah, Mr Greg Coman Safecom, Slater and Gordon, Mr Rex Lodge, Mr Jack Regan, MSGGC Golf Pro, The Crisp Family. Thank you!
Once again a big thank you to our winners the “Skindians”, and the annual NARGA prize winners team Slater & Gordon all the other competitors. We look forward to seeing you next year!
